30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you choose to cancel your booking within 30 days from the date of booking, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

If you cancel over 30 days from the date of your initial booking(s) but more than 60 days before the start of the camp, the fees paid are non-refundable but fully transferrable to a future camp.

If you cancel less than 60 days before the start of camp but more than 14 days before the start of your chosen camp(s), a cancellation fee of 50% is payable and the remaining fees are non refundable but transferable to a future camp.

If you cancel within 14 days of the start date of your chosen camp(s) or do not show, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the camp.

Hotel & Accommodation

Check-in is from 3pm. You may sign your key out upon arrival prior to 3pm, however, if you enter your room prior to the agreed check-in time, a £25 charge will be applied which is payable to the hotel.

Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them.

Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found.

A £25 fee will be charged by the hotel for any lost / unreturned hotel keys. If you find and return the key, after paying the £25 fee, a refund of £20 will be provided.

Liability

Partaking in kickboxing involves certain risks for potential injury. You voluntarily elect to participate in the kickboxing camp training sessions with full knowledge and awareness of the danger and risk involved. You must agree to accept and assume any and all risks of personal injury, loss or damage to equipment/kit during the camp weekend.
