Owner & Founder of Elite Ladies Kickboxing, head coach Tim is an ambassador and advocate for Ladies Kickboxing, wellness and empowerment through exercise.

The passion for his craft shines bright in the unique setting of our residential camps.

Zoe

Since discovering ELK in April 2022, I've been hooked. From my very first punch, I knew I had found a passion, and my favorite part remains hearing a good, solid sound from a powerful punch. I've worked my way up to the advanced syllabus, embracing the unique challenges each level presents and deepening my knowledge and skills with every step. As a Senior Instructor and a member of the Advanced Team, I find immense joy in teaching. It's incredibly rewarding to watch students progress on their journeys and become more confident in their abilities.

Since joining ELK in 2022, I've been loving life, loving fitness and have made so many great friends! The techniques, classes and women are incredible! From my first punch I've worked my way up to the advanced syllabus and still smiling!

It has been such an exciting journey so far and I have really built up my confidence, knowledge and skills with each step and looking forward to the steps ahead.

I became an Instructor and a member of the Advanced Team and have really found a special place teaching and coaching others. It's incredibly rewarding spending time with each student and watching their progress and confidence develop.
